1. Who handles your data
This site is run by TITANIO PRODUCOES ARTISTICAS LTDA (Titanio), at Av. Nossa Senhora do Carmo, 45, suite 802, Savassi, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil. The US operation belongs to Titanio Productions, LLC, at 500 NW 2nd Ave #13655, Miami, FL 33101.
Single channel for anything about personal data, data protection officer included: [email protected].
2. What we collect — only when you do something
Browsing the site, watching the films and reading the pages requires nothing from you. Collection starts when you use one of the features below.
a) Client Area access request
We keep your name, company, e-mail, phone, project description, IP address and the date of the request. Your password is never stored as you typed it: only the result of an irreversible calculation (salted hash) is kept. The request reaches our team by e-mail for approval.
Legal basis: performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (Brazilian LGPD, art. 7, V).
b) Music video form (English page)
We keep your name, e-mail, artist name, budget range, the link you send, your message, IP address and browser. This goes to our team by e-mail and, to measure the ad that brought you here, your e-mail (hashed) and the click identifiers are sent to Meta through the Conversions API.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising (art. 7, V and IX). You can ask for deletion at any time.
c) Talking to Iris (the site's AI)
What you type in the chat is sent to a language model provider to produce the answer — today Groq (gpt-oss-120b model) with Anthropic as backup, both in the United States. Titanio does not use these conversations to train any model. Our server only keeps a technical log (language, response time and the beginning of the question) for troubleshooting. Do not type personal, confidential or third-party data into the chat — it is there to answer questions about the company.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering people who approach the studio (art. 7, IX).
d) Titanio Transfer (sending and receiving files)
When a client sends or receives material, the files are stored on our own drives, and we log file name, size, date and who sent it. The content belongs to the client and is used for nothing beyond the contracted production.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (art. 7, V).
e) Audience and advertising measurement
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads across the site, and the Meta pixel only on the English music video page. None of it loads before you click "Accept" on the notice shown on your first visit: until you accept, your browser does not even download the Google or Meta script.
Legal basis: consent (art. 7, I), which you can withdraw whenever you want.

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell anyone's data. We share the minimum needed with the suppliers that keep the site running: Cloudflare (delivery and protection), Google (Analytics and Ads, only with consent), Meta (pixel and Conversions API, on the music video page), Groq and Anthropic (Iris answers), Resend (e-mail delivery). Beyond them, only under legal obligation or a court order.
5. International transfer
The suppliers above process data outside Brazil, mostly in the United States. The transfer is based on arts. 33 and 34 of the LGPD and on each supplier's contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Client Area requests and accounts: while the account exists and for up to 5 years afterwards, because of contract statutes of limitation. Music video leads: 2 years from the last contact. Chat technical log: 90 days. Transfer files: for the length of the project and whatever is agreed with the client. Cookies: the periods in the table above.
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) you may ask, at any time, for: confirmation that we process your data; access to it; correction of anything wrong; anonymisation, blocking or deletion of anything unnecessary or excessive; portability; information about who we share it with; and withdrawal of consent.
Just write to [email protected]. We answer within 15 days. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the equivalent GDPR rights apply through the same channel.
8. Security
The site runs on our own server, behind Cloudflare, always over HTTPS. Passwords exist only in irreversible form, the Client Area session is signed and its cookie is out of reach of scripts. Access to the data is restricted to the people who need it. No system is infallible: if an incident with relevant risk happens, we notify the people affected and the Brazilian authority (ANPD), as art. 48 requires.
9. Minors
This site is aimed at professionals and companies, not at children or teenagers, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If it happens by mistake, write to us and we delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
When something relevant changes, the date at the top changes, and if the change affects consent the notice appears again so you can choose anew.
